In deze cursus zwangerschapsyoga:

– leer bewuster te worden van jouw zwangere lichaam
– krijg meer vertrouwen in jezelf
– oefeningen die kwaaltjes, ongemak en pijn verminderen
– ervaar je diepe ontspanning en oefen je hoe je dit zelf kunt toepassen
– én bereid je je tegelijkertijd voor op de bevalling

De begeleiding bestaat o.a. uit yoga, ademtechnieken, mindfulness, haptonomie, bekkenoefeningen en hypnobirthing. De cursus(inhoud) is te volgen in groepen, privé of als partners.

Helaas zijn, door de maatregelen rondom het Coronavirus, de live workshops gecanceld. Ik vind het wel heel belangrijk dat jullie als partners goed voorbereid zijn op de bevalling én ook nu al weten hoe jullie samen zo goed mogelijk kunnen ontspannen. Daarom bied ik jullie nu de partnerworkshop via videobellen aan. Je ontvangt dan dezelfde informatie en oefeningen en tips als tijdens de live workshop, mét ruimte voor individuele begeleiding en antwoord op al jullie vragen.
